European Prosthodontic Association - Application For Membership / Subscription renewal

New applicants for membership should download and complete the PDF application form below.

Membership of EPA plus subscription to the European Journal of Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry (4 issues, March, June, September and December), including postage, is 50 Euros.

(Membership of the EPA without the EJPRD subscription is 20 Euros).

PayPal payments: We have made arrangements for exisiting members to renew their subscriptions online using PayPal.

You may use a credit / debit card (or make payment by PayPal if you already have an account).

You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this facility.

When you click on the "buy now" button you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website where you can enter your details and pay your subscription by credit / debit card. On the PayPal payment page it appears as if you have to log in to a paypal account - just ignore this, scan down the page where you will see the various credit card logos and a link ("continue") to make your payment.

You may download an application form, complete it and send by ordinary post, together with payment, to our treasurer Dr Trevor Coward (address below and on the form). N.B. If you are paying by this method you must also include any bank charges incurred. Cheques or Banker's Drafts should be made payable to "European Prosthodontic Trust", and MUSTbe in pounds sterling
